Shipping and Processing

Processing    
• Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.


Shipping    
• Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email regarding shipping. Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
• Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Once packages are shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy    
• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.  
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair products for sanitary reasons.
• If you receive the wrong item or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can resolve the issue.
Hair must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging to be considered for any order issue review.  
• During high-demand seasons (such as prom or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery.   • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
