Processing
• Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Shipping
• Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email regarding shipping. Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
• Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Once packages are shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Return & Exchange Policy
• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair products for sanitary reasons.
• If you receive the wrong item or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can resolve the issue.
• Hair must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging to be considered for any order issue review.
• During high-demand seasons (such as prom or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery. • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
